Mike helped my family and I find our first home. We had no idea about anything about buying a house. Mike was very patient with us and explained every detail in a language we could understand. We were in contact with him multiple times a day and he always replied even on weekends. With our budget we were looking at some funky houses but he assured us we could find something affordable and not too rundown and he helped us find it after months of searching. After we found the house we wanted to pursue, it was bank owned and was definitely not an easy one to secure. But he kept on the bank and made it happen.
