Where to begin… Michael Imbriaco is a master at his craft. From the beginning he was knowledgeable, informative, flexible and above all honest! In a market that had seen its highest highs, to the point where it started to level out and now drop Mike stayed on top of everything. He over communicated with me and my wife which put all of our potential concerns with the market to bed. Mike made himself available for any request and an example of that was - due to a move out of state, I was traveling back and forth to the new location and one evening late (just before midnight) I arrived at my home to finish packing, the most recent showing had locked all doors to get into the home. I had no key to get in the house and texted Mike. He immediately answered and drove over to the house to let me in. Again, exceeded expectations from the start all the way through the finish. Mike made the process of selling our condo as seamless as possible. He was very quick with getting our condo listed and was in constant communication with us and our tenant. This was extremely helpful in assuring that there was notification given to our tenant for upcoming showings. Mike was thorough when it came to the offers that came in and gave us guidance in what would be the best offer for us to take. For someone who knows nothing about real estate this was important to me because I relied on his expertise and knowledge. Mike was also helpful when it came to inspections and obtaining the CO. There were a few stressful things that came up and Mike was able to step in and lend some assistance. We worked with Mike to purchase our 1st home in December of 2019 and was our first phone call when we found out that we would be relocating in January of 22. Mike immediately assisted us to determine the value of our house to understand the effect of the changing market. The estimated value given was spot on with what we ended up being appraised/sold at. I realize it's cliche to say this, but I would absolutely rate Mike above five stars if I could. I was looking for a realtor to assist in selling my dad's home in Wall and a number of people online recommended him. From the first conversation with him, I felt at ease. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. He clearly explained how his experience related to my situation and was able to provide great guidance on the best way to approach the sale. The process was stressful given that I was acting on behalf of my father and I was 200 miles away and I honestly could not have done this without Mike. There were a number of hurdles throughout and Mike either gave great counsel on how to navigate or he found a solution himself. Suffice to say that you will not be disappointed if you choose to work with him. I only hope that my next experience with a realtor is as positive as my experience with him.
